However, Forever 21 simply states that they'll be handing out the said vouchers to the first 250 in line. Now I'm confused. On tricia gosingtian's blog, it states:

Gates open at 10AM, but I strongly suggest you come by at 8AM. Seryoso. I was there during the Forever 21 Megamall grand opening at 10AM and I was approx customer #500ish. Seryoso ulit.
And please, don't spend all that moolah because the Big Outlet Sale (splurge on makeups and fashion articles!) happens on the 15th and you would want to add a couple of bucks to that Pay-day cash, right?

I agree, ang labo naman ng promo nila. So they have to keep track pa of who the first 250 customers are who spent at least Php 2500 which will make their lives harder instead of just concentrating on giving good customer service or focusing on being the cashier.
