ReplyDeleteI used to have an amazing metabolism, but when I turned 21 things changed. I used to eat anything (mostly unhealthy food) like there's no tomorrow and still remain skinny/thin, but now I would regret eating 2 cups of rice. Over the course of two years my weight ballooned from 110lbs to 126 to 132 prior to taking the pills! I used to be lean and all-muscle, so I really looked stuffed.
A month ago I bought 3 boxes of Pretty Model from my supplier for Php600 (that's Php200 per box) plus a shipping fee of Php50. I got the package a day after I deposited the money to her account (my supplier is super accommodating!).
I started with one capsule a day because I am hyperacidic. I do not intend to have a dramatic weight loss; just enough not to look "namamanas." I do not weigh myself often, but people started noticing that my face looked thinner than the last time they saw me. The positive response from my friends encouraged me to take two pills a day, one after breakfast and one either after lunch or dinner.
Although I am hyperacidic, I did not feel any terrible stomach pains. However, I noticed a few side effects:
1. Dry throat- you feel the need to drink water every once in a while. I am also a smoker, so double the thirst.
2. The emaciated look aka "nangangalumata"- I think this happens to me because I used to have a huge appetite. I recommend grazing, or eating five small meals in a day.
3. Slight palpitation- and I guess this is exacerbated by my 2-to-3-cups-of-coffee-a-day routine.
Unlike others, I did not acquire the metallic taste, moderate headaches, mood swings, lightheadedness or difficulty in sleeping.
It's been 7 weeks since I started taking the pills, and this is the result:
1. My jawline and hollow cheeks are back! My chubby face was disappointing, but I have none of that now.
2. My arms, which are the major indicators of my weight gain (along with my thighs, stomach and butt), are much thinner now. I have gone back to wearing sleeveless tops. Sadly, though, my arms are now flabby; so are my thighs.
3. I've grown a size smaller. I can now wear my fit/tight clothes again and look and feel fab!
4. My skin is actually a bit lighter now than it was a month ago, but it's no glutathione. I still have some pimples, though.
5. I weighed myself last week. From 132lbs I have gone down to 125!
I highly recommend taking Pretty Model to those who want to lose weight. I also believe that a positive attitude towards weight loss should be maintained. I am super busy at school at the moment (graduating!), but I took the time to write this because I am a living proof of the effectiveness of this product. When I am no longer swamped with school work I will go back to jogging and will hit the gym to tone my muscles. The best of luck to you guys! I've just received my next three boxes.

The metallic taste is actually a sign of ketosis. Ketosis is the burning of stored fat in your body to produce energy which leaves a byproduct called ketones (hence, ketosis). These ketones cause that metallic taste (sometimes it taste sweet, too like artificial sweeteners). This observation lends me to believe that the pill really targets those fat deposits in your body. If you do not eat any sugars or carbohydrates for a week (i.e. protein only) you will experience something similar.
ReplyDeleteHi!..I just started to take Pretty Model Slimming capsule yesterday so i don't know yet what will be the effect....I already tried different slimming pills (Xenical,Pearl White,Bioslim,Redoxfat) but it did not worked well....however, when i tried Pearl White slimming capsule...it worked because I lost weight but I was disappointed for the rebound since I took the pill for a year before I gain my ideal weight then it only took me 2mos. to gain weight triple the size I was before taking the pill.....I hope Pretty Model will really work for me.....

It really varies. You may note some weight loss c/o the scale as early as Day4/5 of taking the pills. Physically visible weight loss happens within a month.
I could say Pretty Model is effective in losing weight, its my 3rd day in taking the capsule and i could feel im losing weight, ang di ko lang tlga gusto na naeexperience ko is ung sleeping problem, di tlga ako nakakatulog kahit saglit, which causes headache and lighheadedness.. I also experience ung pag dry ng mouth, but its ok since it makes me drink more H20..... Prior to this, i tried taking Pearl White din, that was last year, i used to be 65kgs and went down to 53 kgs, in a week i almost lost 2 kilos or more, it was a drastic weight loss, but same problem super sakit ng ulo ko at di rin nakakatulog so i stopped and gained weight again, thats why i tried pretty model pero ganon din sya :(..

Its like inside me is being twisted and squeezed especially if I try to lie down or sit on the floor. Di naman to nangyari before, but I don't know if this is because of the pill or is it just me. ReplyDeleteI am already taking the PMSC for 5 days though I am not used to weigh, I can still feel the effects on me. Mas madali na ako mabusog ngayon unlike dati na nakaka 3-5 cup of rice ako every meal. lols. Ngayon 1 cup is enough. Nakakaramdam din ako ng panunuyo ng lalamunan ko which is clearly explained dun sa binigay na instructions kasama nung box na by drinking PMSC pwede tayong maging sobrang pawisin kaya parang nadedehydrate tayo kaya inom lang tayo lage ng minimum of 8 glass per day.

Nakakaexperience din ako ng light headaches minsan pero nakakaya ko naman ihandle. Ang pag-inom ko nga pala nito ay yung given na 1st method, during breakfast and lunch siya. Kakaen ka muna at least 3 subo tapos tsaka mo iinumin yung capsule and then pwede mo na icontinue ang pagkain.

ReplyDeletehi.. i've been using PMSC for 4 days now, and i lost 1kg, not bad :) i take PMs 30mins before breakfast and 30mins before dinner.. no rice intake since day1 of using PMs, more on protein-rich foods.. on the 1st day, i've experienced headache and palpitations and i slept well.. but on the 2nd day up to now, still there's palpitation and i'm having a hard time to fall asleep, often wakes up at dawn, and can't go back to sleep again.. so far, there are no gastrointestinal disturbances.. i am planning to shift the dosage to 30mins before breakfast then after lunch to decrease potency of the drug during the night.. looking forward to lose more weight until i reach my normal body mass index, not necessarily become sexy.. i am currently 74 kg, overweight BMI and targeting a weight of 60kg.. :)

I've been using pretty model slimming capsules na for 3 months, before I use it nagconsult muna ako sa doctor ko, so pinatest niya sa lab... sabi niya safe daw ang pretty model kasi lahat daw ng ingredients ay herbal at hindi nakakasama sa mga organs, at sabi niya isang beses sa isang araw ko lang daw inumin before breakfast.. medyo may pagka lightheadedness nga lang ako,maypagka sweaty minsan,at medyo di makahinga..sabi ng doctor ko normal lang daw yun dahil tinutunaw ng pretty model yung mga taba sa lahat ng area ng katawan which is the reason why im having problems with breathing and having lightheadedness, nakakatulog naman ako ng mabuti.. Dapat isang capsule lang sa isang araw ang pag inom ng pretty model, kaya hindi kayo makatulog ng mabuti ksai 2 times yung pag inom niyo or kaya hindi authentic yung nabili niyo.. Authentic yung sa akin bought it from a friend.

I've been using pretty model for 3 months na, nagconsult muna ako sa doctor ko bago ako gumamit, so pinatest niya ito sa lab, sabi niya okay lang daw na uminom ng pretty model kasi herbal ang contents nito, kaya ginamit ko.. nung 1st week ko 2 capsules a day ako umiinom before breakfast, tapos naranasan ko yung pagiging sweaty,may pagka lightheadedness,hindi makatulog ng mabuti,hirap sa paghinga,konting sakit ng ulo at dry mouth pati throat ko, kaya bumalik ako sa doctor ko and she said na yung pagdry ng throat at mouth,pati pagiging sweaty,pagkaramdam ng lightheadedness,pagsakit ng ulo at medyo hirap sa paghinga ay normal lang daw. Kasi tinutunaw ng capsule yung mga taba sa lahat ng area ng katawan pero yung hindi daw makatulog ng mabuti ay hindi daw normal kaya she told me na uminom ng isang capsule na lang sa isang araw. So mula noon isang capsule sa isang araw na lang ako umiinom at simula noon nakakatulog na ako ng mabuti.

I'm just excited for the result. I had taken Pearl White before and did lost weight but since fake products around it didn't work anymore so i stop.

i reordered sa same supplier for a 1month program but when i got the package, i noticed that the capsules are smaller compared to the one i had before--halos kalahati lang xa.
i tried to call the supplier to check but she replied "no calls pls". when i texted her regarding the difference in size, she said it was made smaller dahil marami nag reklamo na mahirap daw lunukin.
i took one capsule and i don't feel the same effect before--im trying to convince myself na baka umepekto xa on the next few days..(sana!sana!)
i just hope na authentic yung pinadala ng supplier--kasi if hindi, i'll make sure na malalaman ito ng ibang customers.. :(

what i noticed before is that:
dry mouth (metallic taste)
sweating
loss of apetite (di talaga ako nagugutom to the point na pinipilit ko lang sarili ko kumain para may laman tiyan ko)
but all of those i mentioned above, i no longer feel them...
I ordered as well. And npncin ko n lumiit xa. I dnt have the same effect as before. Nauhaw n uhaw lagi and sweaty sometimes. Pero, i cant eat rice. 1 meal a day lang tlga. Pero i cnt say its a meal. Kasi 2 spoonful of rice then auko na.
